Seeking a reliable and motivated Processing Operator to join our Milwaukee manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring food processing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while supporting continuous operations and meeting customer demand.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, food production, machine operation, or processing environments and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Job Title: Plant Processing Operator

Location: Milwaukee, WI Shift: 2nd Shift Sunday-Thursday 2:30pm-11pm

Pay Range: $27hr

What's the Job?

• Operate food processing equipment safely and efficiently to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Monitor product flow throughout the processing operation and ensure continuous production.
• Adjust equipment settings to maintain proper product specifications, temperatures, moisture levels, and consistency.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor operational adjustments when necessary.
• Assist with machine changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Read and interpret work instructions, production documents, and processing procedures in English.
• Follow directions and established operating procedures accurately at all times.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing, production, food processing, warehouse, or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow production instructions, recipes, batch sheets, and work instructions in English.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic math skills with the ability to perform measurements, conversions, and calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Blending or mixing experience is a plus but not required.
• Forklift driving experience is a plus but not required.
