What You'll Do:
- Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues swiftly and effectively
- Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with environmental standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and optimize processes
- Document operational data accurately for reporting and continuous improvement
- Previous experience in gas plant or process operations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work a 7/7 rotation schedule
- Excellent attention to detail and safety-minded approach
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of industry-specific software or control systems
- Experience with safety certifications such as OSHA or HAZWOPER
- Familiarity with fluid & gas processing equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in gas processing or industrial plant operations is preferred, with a focus on maintaining safety and operational efficiency
- Must be able to work in outdoor environments in varying weather conditions
- Valid certifications/licenses related to process operations are a plus
- Willingness to commit to an initial 12-month duration, with potential for direct employment opportunity
