Description
- Monitor plant operations, equipment, pressures, and operating conditions.
- Work around high-pressure systems operating between approximately 1,000-5,000 PSI .
- Monitor and work with Pelton turbines, large injection pumps, and flowback manifolds .
- Monitor equipment performance and identify abnormal operating conditions.
- Use computer-based systems to monitor and document plant operations.
- Perform routine equipment and operational checks.
- Assist with troubleshooting operational or equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate operating records and communicate changes or concerns to supervision.
- Follow all Crosby Energy Services and customer safety procedures.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Previous experience in plant operations, oil & gas production, flowback, SWD, process operations, or a similar industrial operating environment is preferred.
- Experience working around high-pressure equipment, pumps, valves, manifolds, or related production/process equipment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Computer skills are required.
- Ability to monitor multiple pieces of equipment and recognize changing operating conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with operations personnel.
- Must be able to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts .
- Must have a clean MVR and background in accordance with CES policy.
