- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including training and rotation shifts
- Prior experience in a similar industrial or manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of specific plant systems or controls
- Certifications such as OSHA, HAZWOPER, or other safety-related credentials
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1-2 years of plant operation experience preferred
- Valid driver's license (no truck provided)
- Ability to work on a 5/2 schedule during training, then rotate on a 7/7 schedule
- Willingness to work in Hobbs, NM environmental conditions
