Plant Operations Lead — Assistant Manager

Airgas is hiring an Assistant Plant Manager for the Longview, TX plant to oversee distribution personnel, optimize plant operations, and ensure safe, efficient production.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to read and write reports. SAP and Power BI experience are preferred, forklift experience a plus. This is a full-time on-site position at the Longview facility.
