Human Factors/Ergonomics, Industrial Maintenance, Marketing majors.* **All academic majors encouraged to apply.*** Must be at least 18 years of age.* Resume Required **What Makes a Successful Intern:*** Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to peers, managers, and senior leaders.* Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret data, form hypotheses, and recommend long-term solutions.* Flexibility to work non-standard hours as needed to collect data; occasional overnight travel may be required.* Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.* Willingness to build relationships with mentors, peers, and professionals to expand industry knowledge and interpersonal skills.* Perform additional duties as assigned. **Safety Requirements**:* Safety is a top priority.
