Growing manufacturer needs someone to oversee a Production Manager, Production Supervisors, maintenance, and 80-90 employees for a 3 shift non union operation. Will be responsible for day to day production and maintenance departments, manages plant performance, production schedules, staffing, drives continuous improvement, and will establish and monitor KPI’s. Will ensures compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Will work in an ISO 9001 certified facility. Knowledge of OSHA regulations a plus. Position will require 8+ years experience in industrial manufacturing or chemical industry knowledge overseeing a production operation. Please email joeraia@clarkdavis.com
