The successful Plant Manager will develop plant production and financial controls, security, regulatory compliance, quality, facilities, and all manufacturing areas. They will also work cross-functionally, ensuring that all operations and related strategies are consistent. Oversee large-scale projects and ensure that they are being completed on budget and on time, all while meeting specified production requirements and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of plant operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and financial objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain performance
- Manage budgets, staffing, capital resources, and production capacity to maximize operational efficiency
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs and improve productivity
- Develop high-performing leaders through coaching, accountability, and succession planning
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies that improve operational and business results
