Job TitleESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS1. Supervise direct and indirect reports in the leadership team and all hourly teammates within the departments these positions oversee2. Provide teammates the tools needed to perform and operate efficiently and effectivelyAssign/delegate tasks to teammatesIdentify training needs and opportunities for initial and continuous improvementGuide and develop teammates to enable them to be promoted to new levels throughout the companyCommunicate goals, expectations, and standards for the facilityPerform annual reviewsInitiate disciplinary action when necessary3. Monitor and identify areas of improvement for safety, operating statistics, inventory, etc.

throughout the facility4. Develop budget and control expenditures of the facility5. Interact with teammates, customers, sales organization, and leadership6. Ensure corporate, government, and environmental policies/regulations are adhered to and consistently applied7.

Analyze all aspects of the facility's operations and maintenance/upkeep in order to streamline costs without compromising quality and customer service. This includes dealing with customer rejections, quality control, customer expectations, effective staffing, capacity planning, and machine capabilities8. Meet with the General Manager to relay information/reporting regarding the daily operations of the facilities9. Other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsUnderstands Lean, 6S, Kaizen, Continual Improvement activitiesUnderstands KPIs and able to track/monitor trendsUnderstands financial terms and is able to interpret an income statement/P&LComputer skills: proficient in MS Excel, Outlook and Word, knowledgeable of the AS400Team player, leader, strong collaborative traitsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Prefer an undergraduate degree in a related field and six to eight years of managing in a production environment.
