Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations in Rock Hill, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to drive operational improvements, develop a strong team, and contribute to a collaborative, safety-focused work environment with the potential for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety.
- Drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory standards.
- Manage operating budgets, KPIs, and capital improvement projects.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Improve equipment reliability and plant performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of manufacturing or industrial operations experience.
- 5+ years of plant or site leadership experience.
- Experience managing production, maintenance, safety, and operating budgets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- U.S. work authorization required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Chemical manufacturing or process industry experience.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
- Experience managing $10M+ operating budgets .
- Background in plant turnarounds, operational improvements, or capital projects.
