A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a Plant Manager to lead an operational and cultural transformation within a component manufacturing facility specializing in metal stamping and powder coating.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who can realign plant culture, strengthen accountability, drive continuous improvement, and build a stronger management structure.
Key priorities:
- Lead cultural realignment and establish a high-accountability, team-oriented environment
- Drive process improvement, Lean/CI initiatives, productivity, quality, and operational discipline
- Develop, mentor, and empower a capable middle-management team
- Establish clear expectations, KPIs, processes, and accountability throughout the plant
- Build leadership depth and create sustainable systems for continuous improvement
- Partner cross-functionally to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement
Ideal background:
Experienced Plant/Operations Manager with a proven record of transformational leadership, continuous improvement, and developing frontline and middle-management leaders in a manufacturing environment. Experience with metal stamping, powder coating, or other discrete/component manufacturing is highly relevant.
