The TRG Growth Practice is excited to be partnering with a manufacturing client to identify a Plant Manager for a key operation in the Montgomery area. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing organization in a highly visible leadership role focused on driving performance, leading teams, and advancing operational excellence across a critical value stream.
This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives at the intersection of lean leadership, people development, and process improvement . You'll have the opportunity to own plant performance, optimize flow, improve safety and quality, and lead initiatives that support both day-to-day execution and long-term business growth.
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or related technical discipline preferred
* Experience in manufacturing leadership in operations, production, or value stream management
* Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence tools
* Proven success leading teams, driving KPIs, and improving productivity, quality, and delivery performance
* Experience leading change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Track record of developing people and building high-performing teams
