We’re looking for a hands‑on Plant Manager to lead a high-performing sand & gravel aggregate Plant in Colorado .
This is a lean operation where your technical expertise, leadership and ability to get things done will have a genuine impact.
Opportunity scope:
- Aggregate operation producing ~500K TPY
- Lead a team of 15 employees
- Hands‑on responsibility for all Plant operations, P+L, safety and maintenance
- Impact crusher experience highly desirable
- Drive safety, quality, productivity & continuous improvement
- Lead from the front and develop your team
We’re looking for someone who:
- Knows aggregate plant operations inside and out
- Has strong mechanical/process knowledge
- Is comfortable working hands‑on in a smaller operation
- Leads with safety and people at the forefront
- Takes ownership and thrives on improving performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
- 3-5+ years of experience in field operations
- Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations Strong communication, management and supervisory skills
