Integrity Fiber seeks a Plant General Manager for its Akron, OH recycling operation. You will own the P&L, drive safety, lead production and maintenance teams, and partner with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to optimize the supply chain and customer service.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will develop budgets, build supplier relationships, and push continuous improvement while maintaining a strong safety culture and world-class operational standards.
