Plant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead 7-8 salaried and 45 hourly employees in a non‑union welding, fabrication, and assembly operation
• Drive improvements using KPI’s for the operation
• Start and drive implementation of lean manufacturing at the facility
• Plan short and long‑term goals for the facility

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills
• Strong Lean implementation experience
• B.S./B.A. degree
• Company has over 50 years of industry experience!
• Division is a part of a $750 million company that experiences consistent growth!
• Company moved to a brand‑new state‑of‑the‑art facility last year!
