Plant Financial Controller & EBITDA Optimizer

BAC (Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc.) seeks a Plant Controller at its Milford, DE facility to serve as the primary finance partner for site leadership. You will co‑own financial performance, drive EBITDA improvements, and lead cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls for the plant.

The role requires manufacturing finance experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and collaboration with the Americas Finance team.
