Plant Director: Lead Lean Ops & Safety

Kellanova is seeking an experienced Plant Director to lead our Cincinnati, Ohio manufacturing facility. You will set strategic direction, oversee plant operations, and drive safety, quality, service, cost, and continuous improvement across the site.

You will develop and mentor a diverse manufacturing team, partner with leaders across functions, and build a culture of accountability and collaboration to deliver sustainable results for our people, customers, and business.
