Plant Controller

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Site Controller to lead the financial operations of our facility. This role partners closely with plant leadership to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, internal controls, and business performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities
• Analyze financial performance, costs, variances, and profit improvement opportunities
• Ensure accuracy of accounting records, inventory, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and internal controls
• Partner with operations leadership to drive efficiencies and cost savings initiatives
• Prepare and communicate financial reports, forecasts, and business recommendations
• Support regulatory compliance and asset protection efforts
• Lead, coach, and develop team members as applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
