A manufacturing plant in Woodbridge, NJ is seeking a Plant Controller to manage plant-level financial activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare plant financial statements and manage month-end close
- Maintain inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance reporting
- Manage cost accounting and production cost analysis
- Lead budgets and forecasts
- Partner with plant operations on financial needs
- Support capital planning and audit activity
- Improve financial processes and systems
- Oversee plant accounting staff (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years in manufacturing accounting or finance
- Cost accounting and inventory experience
