This role ensures the accuracy of financial data to inform strategic decision-making at the plant level. Experience in a Food Manufacturing/Plant level highly preferredProficiency in cost accounting principles and practicesExperience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in food productionExpertise in financial planning and budgeting processesStrong skills in financial analysis and reportingManagement/Supervisory experienceExperience with ERP systems preferredAbility to work collaboratively both internally and externallyStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesMust possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalStrong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelPower BI and Power Query a plusPhysical & Travel RequirementsMust be able work in normal office conditions for a minimum of 8 hours per dayMust be able to travel via airplane within the U.S. intermittentlyMust be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Bel Brands is an equal employment opportunity employer.
