Plant Controller

Drive Financial Performance in a Growing Global Manufacturing Organization

Lincotek is seeking a hands-on Plant Controller to provide financial leadership and operational support for our manufacturing operations. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will partner closely with plant leadership to drive profitability, improve processes, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all plant accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and production variances to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with operations leadership to support financial and operational goals.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, forecasts, profitability analyses, and key performance metrics.
• Manage annual budgets and monitor departmental spending.
• Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, audits, and financial compliance activities.
• Develop reports and business insights utilizing ERP systems and advanced Excel tools.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Proven ability to influence business decisions through data-driven analysis and collaboration.
