What this role looks like:
- Acts as the primary finance partner to plant leadership
- Oversees cost accounting, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Drives margin improvement and operational efficiencies
- Plays a key role in an ERP transition to Microsoft Business Central
- Leads financial insight across manufacturing and operations
