Plant Controller

A leading manufacturer dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to their customers is seeking a talented Plant Controller to join their team. The Plant Controller will play a crucial role in managing the financial activities of our manufacturing facility, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with financial regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial aspects of the plant operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Collaborate with plant management to develop annual operating budgets and provide ongoing financial guidance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve plant efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy.
• Manage cost accounting processes, including standard costing, inventory valuation, and product costing analysis.

Requirements:

• BS in Business related field.
• 5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience.
• 7+ years in a manufacturing environment including costing.
• Critical to have experience effectively communicating with executives.

Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr.

Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus.
