Serve as the key finance partner to plant leadership and operations
Own plant financials, close, KPIs, and operational reporting
⚙️ Lead standard costing, inventory, and manufacturing variance analysis
Key role in the company's NetSuite implementation and ERP transformation
Partner on CapEx, project accounting, and operational investments
Lead and develop the plant accounting team
