Requirements
- Proven experience as a Plant Controller, Manufacturing Controller, or equivalent in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong expertise in managing month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting
- Familiarity with purchase accounting and technical accounting standards
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Epicor
- Oversee daily accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Lead and execute the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Ensure the integrity of general ledger activity and supporting financial documentation
- Manage accounting functions within Epicor ERP environment
