Plant Controller

I’m currently partnering with a global manufacturing organization on a Plant Controller search in Indianapolis.

This is a highly visible role that sits close to the operation and goes well beyond traditional accounting. The person in this seat will partner directly with plant leadership, help drive budgeting and forecasting, analyze cost and inventory performance, support capital decisions, and turn financial results into actionable recommendations for the business.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands‑on, working cross‑functionally, and having a real impact on operational and financial performance.

The ideal background includes 5+ years of manufacturing finance experience with strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and plant operations. CPA, CMA or MBA is preferred.
