About the Role

The Plant Controller provides financial leadership for two manufacturing sites, partnering closely with plant leadership and regional finance. You’ll oversee core financial processes, strengthen cost controls, and support operational decision‑making that drives performance across both facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant controlling activities including month‑end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Partner with plant leadership to deliver financial analysis, recommendations, and decision support
• Oversee standard costing, inventory accounting, CAPEX, fixed assets, and cost‑improvement initiatives
• Manage cost‑tracking activities including tariffs, surcharges, and customer billing support
• Strengthen internal controls, support audits, ensure compliance, and improve financial processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, plant controlling, or cost accounting
• Background in budgeting, forecasting, month‑end close, and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory control, and manufacturing accounting
• Skilled communicator with the ability to influence operational and financial decisions
