- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

- MBA and/or CPA designation
- Experience supporting capital projects, tooling programs, or cost accounting in manufacturing
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all plant-level financial activities, including financial reporting, forecasting, internal controls, and cost management, while supporting safe operations and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead plant-level financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and government reporting requirements.
- Analyze financial performance, identify cost reduction and profit improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee general ledger accuracy, inventory reconciliation, tooling financials, and fixed asset accounting.
- Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits while supporting accurate and timely financial disclosures.
