Take ownership of the financial engine behind a growing manufacturing operation. My client is seeking a hands-on Controller who can turn plant-level financial data into better business decisions while leading the accounting function and partnering directly with operational leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead monthly close and financial statement preparation
- Own AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, inventory costing and reporting
- Lead standard costing and analyze material, labor, overhead and scrap variances
- Partner with operations to improve performance and identify savings
- Strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
- Manage audits and support forecasting and capital projects
- Help lead ERP upgrades or implementations
About You
- Manufacturing accounting and standard-costing expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience leading an accounting/finance team
- Strong inventory and manufacturing-variance knowledge
- ERP implementation or upgrade experience
