ProAmpac is seeking a Plant Controller to lead finance for our manufacturing facility. In this on-site role, you will own plant-level accounting, cost control, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate standard costing, inventory valuation, and month-end close. You will develop budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and partner with operations to improve productivity, scrap, and efficiency.
