Plant Controller: Finance & Operations Partner

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant Controller in Durkee, Oregon. This role directs plant finance activities, manages inventory costs, and ensures accurate reporting across accounting and manufacturing costs.

The role partners with plant operations, leadership, procurement, and corporate finance to implement cost controls, capital budgets, and SOX compliance. Strong GAAP knowledge and 3+ years of relevant experience are required.
