Salary: $145,000 - $170,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Plant Controller:
- Oversee financial operations for the 2 manufacturing facilities
- Lead monthly close, financial reporting, cost accounting, and inventory management activities
- Partner with operations leaders to improve cost structure, productivity, and labor efficiency
- Manage revenue recognition, standard costing, and inventory controls
- Lead production budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain SOX compliance and internal control effectiveness
- Supervise and develop a team
Qualifications for the Plant Controller:
- Experience as a Manufacturing Plant Controller or similar manufacturing finance leadership role
- Prior experience managing and developing a finance/accounting team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing operations finance
- ERP experience, preferably Epicor
- CPA and/or MBA preferred
