- Overseeing the financial operations and performance of the plant
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and control
- Managing the plant's budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitoring costs and variances
- Analyzing financial data and providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability
- Preparing reconciliations, commentary, and journal entries for various transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6+ years of related experience
- Experience with accounting principles, financial analysis/reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements, cost accounting and inventory management concepts.
- Requires occasional travel (10-15%)
