As the Plant Controller, you are the financial architect of the plant’s operational efficiency. Your mission is to provide the Plant Manager and the Steering Committee with the analytical "radar" needed to navigate production costs, industrial productivity, and margin performance.
- Produce the income statement, gap analysis versus Budget and ensure the dissemination of reports to the group
- Global analysis of the profitability and margins of the different families of products, activities and global of the plant.
- Follow-up of the material and industrial productivity plan with respect to the Budget and convergence plan
- Establish monthly forecasts: P&L and cash (with support of Treasury tools)
- Monitor the performance of new projects and report any deviation to the BP (including tooling expenditures follow up)
- Monitor inventory discrepancies, scrap, consumption and any cost variation and alert management to implement a convergence plan
- Coordinate with Logistics the organization of the annual inventory and ensure its processing.
- Elaborate the Cash Flow Forecast and the follow up of the cash action plans
- Support in the cash management optimization
Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Management.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an industrial or manufacturing environment, specifically within a plant controlling or cost accounting
Expert-level command of ERP systems (SAP or similar) and a "hands‑on" understanding of manufacturing processes.
