Plant Controller

Our plant runs on more than machines; it runs on accurate numbers, tight controls, and someone who can translate the shop floor into the P&L. We're looking for a Plant Controller who's just as comfortable walking the production floor as they are closing the books.

What You’ll Drive

• Ownership of plant-level financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reporting
• Development and upkeep of accounting systems that accurately capture plant financial activity
• Monitoring of plant spending, with variance analysis to keep costs in check
• Internal controls that protect plant assets and keep the operation compliant with company policy
• Financial analysis that identifies cost-reduction opportunities and process improvements
• Forecasting and trend analysis in partnership with plant leadership

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing or plant environment
• A working understanding of how plant operations actually function, not just how to account for them
• The ability to build relationships across departments and drive alignment on financial priorities
• A knack for pushing issues to resolution rather than just flagging them
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, hands-on environment
