A growing manufacturing company is looking for a hands‑on Plant Controller to lead the financial operations of a manufacturing facility.
This role will oversee plant accounting, month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, cost accounting, inventory, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will partner closely with plant leadership and operations to improve profitability and drive better business decisions.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Manufacturing or industrial experience
- Strong cost accounting and inventory knowledge
- Experience with month-end close, budgeting and forecasting
- ERP experience; SAP or similar preferred
- Strong business partnership and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
