Plant Controller – Advanced Manufacturing

We're partnering with a forward-thinking, technology-driven manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead its financial operations, strengthen financial controls and support continued business growth.
This is a senior, hands-on position offering the opportunity to influence financial strategy, operational efficiency and business performance.
The Role
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Drive manufacturing cost accounting, inventory controls and operational financial performance.
- Oversee ERP implementation and financial process improvements.
- Manage financial audits, compliance and internal controls.
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Lead and develop the accounting function.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10+ years' accounting and financial management experience.
- Strong background in industrial or advanced manufacturing.
- Expertise in manufacturing cost accounting and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial controls.
- Public company accounting and PCAOB audit experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- CPA qualification highly desirable.
