Key Responsibilities For The Plant Controller
- Manage plant budgets including labor, materials, and operational costs
- Analyze manufacturing variances and recommend corrective actions
- Lead month-end close and report financial results to leadership
- Monitor inventory valuation and ensure accuracy of adjustments
- Identify cost reduction opportunities across all cost drivers
- Maintain internal controls and support ERP system utilization
Qualifications For The Plant Controller
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or 7+ years of relevant experience
- 2+ years of Plant Controller experience
- Inventory and manufacturing accounting experience preferred
- Exposure to ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
