A growing, established food manufacturing company in Brookshire, TX is seeking a hands‑on Plant Controller to lead plant‑level financial operations and partner closely with leadership, production, and warehouse teams.

What You’ll Own
- Oversee plant‑level financial reporting, general ledger accuracy, and internal controls
- Lead cost accounting, inventory management, and variance analysis
- Monitor labor, material, yield, and production costs to improve profitability
- Maintain strong inventory controls including cycle counts, reconciliations, and audits
- Partner with production and warehouse teams to improve reporting and operational efficiency
- Support budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and financial planning
- Identify process improvements across accounting systems, ERP reporting, and operational workflows
- Prepare for audits, ensure compliance, and maintain financial integrity across the plant
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Strong manufacturing experience required
- Cost accounting and inventory management expertise is a must
- ERP system experience required (NetSuite preferred )
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Someone who is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working cross‑functionally with operations teams
