Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr.

Controller
Overview
The Controller oversees the financial management, reporting, and controls for a large manufacturing operation. This role partners closely with the site leadership team to support business performance, improve financial processes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, consolidations, and analysis for the site.
- Provide financial insights, guidance, and recommendations to leadership.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning.
- Strengthen internal controls and support audit activity.
- Manage key financial processes including cost accounting, working capital, and cash management.
- Support strategic decisions, major projects, and operational initiatives.
- Lead and develop a small finance team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced credentials preferred.
- Extensive financial leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience leading teams and improving financial systems and processes.
