Plant Manager
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the daily operations of the plant, from staff management to production capacity. You will be responsible for maximizing productivity, improving quality, and optimizing all processes. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a successful leader and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of the plant, increasing production capacity and product quality, cutting unnecessary costs, ensuring on-time shipping and delivery, developing goals and objectives for the long-term success of the plant, and hiring and managing employees.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business management or related field, previous experience as a plant manager, CITY of Houston stationary engineer license or ASOPE certification, deep understanding of business and management principles and processes, strong leadership and team-building skills, strong computer skills, familiarity with standard industry equipment and operating procedures, and knowledge of safety rules and regulations.
Compensation: $36.00 - $43.00 per hour.
