Plant Audit Engineer/Technician (ExxonMobil)

Plant Audit EngineerWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Plant Audit Engineer to join our team at Quest Global. As a Plant Audit Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting plant walk downs and analyzing P&ID and capture Name plates of Equipment along with the hierarchical details.Responsibilities:Review and analyze Engineering drawings, including P&ID, SLD, and Layout, to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.Utilize your knowledge of oil and gas process equipment to assess and verify equipment master data and equipment hierarchy.Conduct physical asset verification and plan walk downs to ensure accurate documentation and identification of equipment.Prepare detailed reports documenting findings with Name plates photographed and share with extended team to prepare Asset RegistryClarify/Provide any missing information to the extended team as requiredWillingness to travel to multiple locations to gather equipment information and collaborate with project teams.Requirements:Strong knowledge and experience in reviewing Engineering drawings, including P&ID, SLD, and Layout.In-depth understanding of oil and gas process equipment.Familiarity with equipment master data and equipment hierarchy.Proven experience in physical asset verification and plan walk downs.Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel to multiple locations as required.
