As Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director at Drax, you will lead strategies to maximize performance, efficiency, and sustainability across our energy generation plants and wider value chain. You’ll design and execute optimization programs that enhance reliability, lower costs, and support Drax’s zero carbon mission. Partnering with engineering, commercial, and supply chain leaders, you’ll use data-driven insights to improve asset utilization, fuel sourcing, logistics, and market alignment.
You will mentor a high-performing team, championing a culture of safety, inclusion, and responsible energy use while delivering measurable business value.
