Plant Administration Director — Operations Leader

Gotion Inc. is seeking an Administration Director to lead the administrative operations for a roughly 500-employee manufacturing facility in Manteno, IL.

This hands-on role oversees employee services, security, transportation, catering, facilities support, vendor management, and VIP events. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in plant administration, site operations, and building scalable administrative systems in fast-paced environments, reporting to the Head of Management Center.
