If you are the kind of leader who wants to build something, set a standard, and be recognized for it, this is that kind of environment.Job Type: Full-Time, Direct HirePlanning Manager Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of four production planners across two lighting brands, setting clear expectations, evaluating performance, and holding the team accountableOwn master scheduling across all production departments including fabrication, paint, assembly, and SMT operations to ensure on-time delivery and balanced capacityPartner cross-functionally with manufacturing, customer service, and purchasing to resolve scheduling conflicts, align on commitments, and communicate changes in real timeAnalyze production data and inventory levels to identify capacity constraints, reduce excess inventory, and continuously improve planning processesDrive ERP accuracy and efficiency, including recommending system enhancements and documenting materials management procedures in preparation for a future ERP transitionSchedule: Monday through Thursday, day shiftSalary: $100,000 - $130,000Planning Manager Qualifications:5 or more years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment; high mix, low volume industry experience strongly preferredProven experience leading and developing a planning or materials management team, including direct performance managementAdvanced Excel skills required, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data-driven reportingERP system experience; Epicor experience preferred but not requiredBachelor's degree required (field of study flexible)Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision coverageCompany-paid life insuranceCompany-paid disability coverage401kPTO & HolidaysPaid volunteer timeLocation: Kenosha, WIIf you're interested in this Planning Manager opportunity, apply now!
