Job Title: Planning Coordinator – Leadership Programs (Human Resources)

Duration: 5 Months with Possible extension

Rate: $55–$65/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate in-person seminars, including venue logistics, materials, menus, and activities.
• Manage participant communications, registrations, and attendance records.
• Liaise with facilitators, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Close out events by collecting feedback, processing payments, and updating records.
• Pilot and apply tech tools to improve planning efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in event planning or program coordination, ideally in a corporate setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in Google Suite; experience with tools like Airtable a plus.
• Creative, resourceful, and service-minded with a passion for creating impactful experiences.
