Job PostingSchedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pmCompensation: $30-$35 depending on experience.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Coordinate and support daily production planning and scheduling activitiesDevelop and maintain production and material plans based on demand forecasts, inventory targets.Enter, review, and maintain accurate data within SAGE 100 and other internal systems.Perform regular reviews of planning/buy parameters including lead times, lot sizes, and safety stock.Monitor inventory and material availability to support uninterrupted production operationsAssist with the creation and tracking of work orders and production documentation.Communicate scheduling updates, shortages, and delays with Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Sales, and Customer Service teamsReview reports and operational data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as neededSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and operational efficiencyMaintain organized and accurate planning records, files, and reports.Provide additional administrative and operational support as assigned.Qualifications:Manufacturing make-to-order environment, production planning, and coordination role experience.Experience using SAGE 100 ERP system requiredStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Education & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing planning, scheduling, or coordination preferredMust be bilingual in English and SpanishWork Environment:Combination of office and manufacturing floor environment.Require frequent walking throughout the production facility.Ability to sit, stand, and work on a computer for extended periods of time.PlayCore and its family of brands considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, or any other legally protected status.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
