To support project controls for moderate complexity projects, the full-time Planning Analyst, Project Controls will develop cost reports, track project data, and assist with risk analysis in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain cost reports and project schedules Track actuals, commitments, and forecast data while identifying variances Interface with project team members to gather inputs and maintain organized documentation Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field Three or more years of experience in cost or schedule management on capital projects Direct experience working in a complex, matrixed environment Expertise in cost and schedule management software Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or a related technical field
