Lead grassroots organizing efforts across the region – engage voters, recruit volunteers, build relationships that advance Planned Parenthood's mission and political priorities.In this role, you'll plan and execute field organizing strategies that engage supporters and mobilize communities. During a typical week, you might:Recruit, train, and lead volunteers and community advocatesPlan and run field activities like canvassing, phone banking, tabling, and eventsBuild relationships with community members, partners, and coalition organizationsSupport voter engagement efforts and grassroots lobbying initiativesGrow and activate a strong base of supporters across your regionTrack outreach efforts and maintain accurate data to support organizing goalsYou'll play a key role in building long-term movement power while also supporting rapid-response efforts during legislative and political moments.This is a hybrid/telework position based in Central/Eastern Oregon. Work will begin temporarily fully remote within the region.

Once a PPCW worksite is established, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule. Most field work will take place in Deschutes County (Bend area).Requirements:Must reside in Central/Eastern OregonMust be able to travel frequently within the region (including Bend)Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and active insuranceThis role typically works Monday - Friday but will include evening and weekend work based on organizing and event needs.We know great candidates come from a variety of backgrounds.
