Planisware Developer Consultant

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a Planisware Developer with advanced configuration expertise to join our team and support a key client engagement in Alameda, CA. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days onsite in Alameda and 1 day remote.

Every day, we help our clients steer major projects, optimize portfolios, and drive business transformation. We are currently expanding our team in the San Francisco Bay Area and are looking for a Planisware Developer who can hit the ground running.

What You’ll Do

As a Planisware Developer, you will:

• Configure and customize Planisware modules, including workflows, custom fields, dashboards, and reports, to meet business needs.
• Administer the Planisware environment, including user roles, permissions, and system integrations.
• Document configuration changes, workflows, and best practices for compliance and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and provide training.
• Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure seamless operation.

This role requires strong technical expertise in Planisware and the ability to clearly articulate your past configuration work.

Who You Are

You are a Planisware power user with a proven track record in hands-on configuration. You thrive in technical environments and can demonstrate your expertise through past projects.

Requirements:

• Advanced hands-on Planisware configuration experience (e.g., workflows, custom objects, reporting, integrations).
• Experience with Planisware administration (user management, security, system maintenance).
• Ability to clearly explain and demonstrate past configuration work (client validation required).
• Preferred: Industry experience in healthcare or pharma (familiarity with regulatory requirements is aplus).
• Knowledge of PPM methodologies and integrations with other enterprise tools.

Compensation

MIGSO-PCUBED offers fair and competitive compensation. The estimated salary range for this role is $100,000–$150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, employees participate in an annual performance-based incentive program.
